How does the free 3D try-on actually work?
At your consult, we use VECTRA or Crisalix imaging to capture your body and simulate a few different sizes, shapes and profiles on your own frame, in real time. You see the options and talk them through with Dr. Reyes before deciding anything — it takes about 20–30 minutes and there’s no cost or obligation.
Is the 3D preview a guarantee of my results?
No — and we’ll never say otherwise. It’s a simulation intended to inform your decision, not a promise of your exact outcome. VECTRA is measured to roughly 98% size/shape accuracy in published data, and ASPS itself calls this kind of imaging a “gold standard” for patient education, but individual results vary and are confirmed only by surgery itself.
Does the 3D consult cost anything?
No. It’s free and carries no obligation. Nothing is quoted or charged at this step — if you decide to move forward afterward, a transparent estimate and gentle financing are prepared separately, only if useful to you.
Will it look natural, or will it look “done”?
Natural is the whole philosophy here. We match volume and profile to your frame so the result complements your shape rather than overriding it. Seeing options in 3D first is exactly how we make sure the look you choose — subtle or noticeably fuller — is genuinely your call. Individual results vary and are never guaranteed.
How do I choose the right implant?
You don’t choose alone. At your consult we walk through silicone, “gummy,” saline and your own fat, and match size and profile to your body — then show you the difference simulated in 3D so the choice is visual, not just descriptive.
Are breast implants safe?
Modern implants are FDA-cleared and, for most women, safe — but no surgery is risk-free. We’ll always name the real risks, including capsular contracture, rupture and, rarely, BIA-ALCL (tied to certain textured implants), so your decision is fully informed rather than reassured into.
Do implants last forever?
No — and any surgeon who says otherwise isn’t being straight with you. Implants aren’t lifetime devices; over the years they may need monitoring, and one day a revision or exchange. We explain this honestly at your consult, alongside your 3D imaging.
Can I breastfeed after augmentation?
Many women can, though it can’t be guaranteed and depends on technique and your own anatomy. If you may want children soon, the honest recommendation is often to wait, so your result — and your 3D simulation — are planned on your settled shape.
What if I actually want a reduction, not augmentation?
Then you’re on a different, caring path — and we’ll say so warmly. Oversized breasts causing back, neck or shoulder pain are a real medical condition, and a reduction may be covered by insurance when medically necessary. That’s a separate conversation from the 3D-imaging path on this page — we’ll help you check your coverage instead.
How do I know if I’m even a candidate?
Start with the free 60-second candidacy check above — it reads your goal, points you to the right path, and gives a warm, personalized read plus an easy way to reserve your free 3D try-on, in about a minute. It isn’t a diagnosis — a board-certified surgeon confirms candidacy at your complimentary consult.
