Marchand · Free 3D Consultation

See it, before you decide.

The question that stalls most women isn’t whether to consider augmentation — it’s which size. At a complimentary consultation with Dr. Élise Marchand, double board-certified, free 3D imaging (VECTRA / Crisalix) lets you see different sizes, shapes and profiles on your own body, in real time — before anything is decided. No obligation. A simulation, not a guarantee.

Before Anything Else

The size should never be a guess.

Most women who consider augmentation aren’t undecided about wanting it — they’re stalled by one fear: choosing wrong. A photo of someone else’s result, taken on a different frame, was never going to answer that. Free 3D imaging was built for exactly this — sizes, shapes and profiles, projected on your own body, so the decision is made with your eyes open rather than your fingers crossed.

See it on your own body. Then decide, unhurried — with nothing to lose by looking first.

What’s Your Goal?

“Breast surgery” is really several different decisions. Which one is yours?

Most women don’t arrive certain of what they need — only of how they feel. The first, most useful step is naming the goal honestly, because a bigger implant answers one thing and not another.

A larger implant adds volume — it will not lift what has dropped. If position is the concern, a lift is the answer; if it’s fullness, an augmentation is. And if the fear is simply “I won’t know until it’s done,” the free 3D consult answers that before you ever decide.

More volume

Augmentation

Restore or add fullness — with an implant or your own fat — in proportion to your frame. Unsure of the size? See it in 3D first. This page is for you.

You are here
Restore position

A lift

If the concern is drooping rather than size, a lift — not a larger implant — is what restores position. The same 3D imaging shows you with or without an added implant.

Fuller & lifted

Both, together

When volume and position have both changed, an augmentation-lift addresses the two in one considered plan.

Comfort & relief

Reduce for comfort

If large breasts cause back, neck or shoulder discomfort, a reduction may be insurance-covered — a different path we’ll point you to.

Correct a past result

Revise

A previous augmentation that isn’t right is a different operation — one for a revision specialist. 3D imaging can help preview the corrected size too.

A personal choice

Remove implants

Choosing to have your implants removed is valid and personal — discussed honestly, without pressure, at consultation.

Two Paths, Made Clear

Aesthetic augmentation and comfort reduction are two different journeys.

It saves you time and disappointment to know, early, which one you’re on — because they are priced, paid for and planned in entirely different ways.

This page — aesthetic augmentation

See it first, decide unhurried

Augmentation for fullness and proportion is a cosmetic choice — not covered by insurance. Rather than guess, you see your own sizes and profiles in free 3D imaging first; a transparent figure and financing follow only once you’ve decided.

  • Free, no-obligation 3D imaging (VECTRA / Crisalix) at consultation
  • A simulation, not a guarantee — confirmed by exam
  • Financing available later, only if and when you choose to proceed
A different path — comfort reduction

Possibly insurance-covered

If your concern is discomfort from large breasts — back, neck or shoulder pain — a reduction is a medical conversation, and it may be covered when medically necessary.

  • A different assessment — symptoms, not aesthetics
  • Coverage depends on your plan and its criteria
  • Tell us at your consultation and we’ll point you to the right path
Your Options

Silicone, gummy, saline, or your own fat — seen, not just described.

There is no single “best” augmentation, only the one that suits your frame, your feel and the look you’re after. Here is the honest shape of the choices — and at your 3D consult, several of them are shown on your own body rather than left to imagination.

Silicone

The most natural feel for most women; a cohesive gel that moves softly. FDA-cleared, monitored over time.

Gummy (form-stable)

A firmer, highly cohesive gel that holds its shape — favoured where a stable, teardrop profile is the goal.

Saline

A sterile saltwater fill, adjustable in volume; a smaller incision, and a straightforward, well-understood option.

Your own fat

Fat transfer gives a modest, natural increase — roughly a cup — using liposuction. It’s still surgery, and some fat can reabsorb.

See Your Size, First

Sizes, shapes and profiles — seen on your own body, before anything is decided.

Marchand offers free, no-obligation 3D imaging with VECTRA and Crisalix — the technology ASPS itself has called a “gold standard,” capable of roughly 98% size-and-shape accuracy. It exists for one reason: so the single biggest fear in this decision — picking the wrong size — is answered before you commit to anything.

  • VECTRA / Crisalix 3D imaging

The same imaging technology used across leading practices, available at your complimentary consultation — no separate fee, no upsell.

  • Different sizes and profiles, live

Compare volumes, shapes and profiles side by side, projected on your own frame in real time — not on a stranger’s body in a photo.

  • A simulation, not a guarantee

It is a prospective visual aid, not a promise of any outcome. Individual results vary and candidacy is confirmed only by Dr. Marchand at your exam.

  • Completely free. No obligation.

Seeing your size costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Pricing and financing are discussed only later, and only if you choose to proceed.

A Preview, Before You Book

Three profiles, waiting to be seen — on you, not on a stranger.

This is what “seeing your size” actually looks like: different profiles, compared side by side. The full 3D preview is reserved for your own body, at your free consultation — here is only a glimpse of what unlocks.

Preview 🔒

Moderate profile

A subtler, gently rounded projection.

Preview 🔒

High profile

More forward projection, less base width.

Preview 🔒

Fuller, natural round

A softer, evenly rounded fullness.

Illustrative preview only — your own sizes and profiles are shown to you in 3D, on your own body, at your complimentary consultation. A simulation, not a guarantee; results vary; consultation required.

What Is Addressed

The full range — so you can see exactly where your path sits.

Augmentation

Restored or added fullness with an implant or your own fat, previewed on your own body in 3D — the focus of this page.

A lift (mastopexy)

Restores position after time or nursing. A larger implant won’t lift — a lift will.

Augmentation-lift

When both volume and position have changed, the two are addressed together in one considered plan.

Reduction

For comfort from large breasts — a medical conversation that may be insurance-covered. A different path.

Revision

Correcting a previous result — capsular contracture, malposition, or an aug that isn’t right. A different operation.

Removal (explant)

Choosing to have implants removed is a valid, personal decision — heard honestly, without pressure.

See Your Size

A free 3D try-on & candidacy assessment.

Seven unhurried questions, about a minute. At the end, a considered read on your goal and candidacy — and, if augmentation or a lift is your path, an invitation to see your own sizes and profiles in free 3D imaging. Nothing is decided until you meet Dr. Marchand.

Where to begin — and how to finally see it.

This takes about a minute. Your answers stay private and are used only to prepare a thoughtful recommendation and, where it applies, your free 3D try-on invitation.

Question One
What would you most like to achieve?

Choose what matters most to you today. This is the question that shapes everything after it.

Fuller — more volume
A lift — restore position
Both — fuller and lifted
Reduce for comfort

Question Two
What describes your concern best?

A rough sense is plenty. The consultation confirms what is truly at play.

Lost volume or deflation
Sagging or drooping (position)
Too large — back, neck or shoulder discomfort
Asymmetry between sides
A past result I’m unhappy with
Symptoms I attribute to my implants

Question Three
What’s made you hold off, if anything?

There is no wrong answer — this simply tells us what to focus on at your consultation.

Fear of picking the wrong size
Not knowing what I’d actually look like
Nothing specific — just gathering information
Question Four
Where are you with children & breastfeeding?

This matters for timing — the result is planned on your settled shape.

Done — and finished breastfeeding 3–6+ months ago
I may want more children
Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
Not applicable
Question Five
A little more about you.

Your weight, lately

Stable, near my goal
Still working toward it

Any prior breast surgery or implants?

Yes — considering removal
Question Six
Do you have an implant preference?

Only if you’ve thought about it — you’ll see the options in 3D either way.

Implant Safety, Honestly

A good surgeon tells you the whole of it — not only the reassuring half.

Implants are not lifetime devices

They are excellent, FDA-cleared medical devices — but not permanent. Over the years they may need monitoring and, eventually, revision or exchange. You plan for that from the start, not as a surprise later.

The real risks, named

Capsular contracture, rupture or deflation, and the rare but real BIA-ALCL (an implant-associated lymphoma linked to certain textured implants) are discussed openly — never hidden to make a sale.

3D imaging is a simulation, not a guarantee

It is an honest visual aid to help you choose — not a promise of your surgical outcome. Skin, tissue and healing behave individually; results vary and are confirmed only by exam.

Let’s be honest with each other: this is real surgery — real anaesthesia, a real recovery, and real risks. Free 3D imaging removes the guesswork on size; it does not remove the fact that this is surgery, which is exactly why we’d rather over-explain than under-tell.

Your Recovery

Lighter than you may fear — and mapped out plainly beforehand.

Augmentation is a single-region procedure, and for most women the recovery is more manageable than the internet suggests. It is still real surgery, so it’s treated with respect — but the timeline is honest, and yours is mapped before you ever agree to a date.

  • Days 1–7 · the part to plan for

Rest, and a return to desk work for many by about a week

The first days are the most restricted — no lifting, no strain. Many women are back to light desk work in around a week; this is typical, and individual, never a guarantee.

  • Weeks 2–6 · easing back

    Steady, on your own timeline

Gentle activity resumes and settles over the following weeks, with exercise reintroduced on Dr. Marchand’s guidance. Timelines are typical ranges, not promises.

  • Reviewed in person, throughout

You’re never left to guess what’s normal

Dr. Marchand reviews you along the way — the same candour that shaped your free 3D consult carries through recovery, so at each stage you know what to expect.

Your own sizes and profiles, on your own body

Free 3D imaging (VECTRA / Crisalix) lets you compare different sizes, shapes and profiles on your own frame in real time — a simulation, not a guarantee — so the choice is made with confidence rather than hope. This is the heart of the free consultation.

The result, settled

Fuller — and unmistakably still you

Implants settle over the weeks that follow into their natural position. The intention throughout is a result that reads as proportion, not as surgery. How quickly it settles differs from person to person.

A quietly confident woman, some time after
One Woman's Words
“I’d wanted this for three years and never booked anything, because the honest truth is I was terrified of choosing the wrong size — every photo I found was on somebody else’s body, never mine. The free 3D consult was the first time I actually saw sizes on myself, side by side, before I’d agreed to a single thing. Nobody promised me an outcome — they were upfront it was a simulation, not a guarantee — but it was enough to finally decide with my eyes open instead of my fingers crossed. And it cost me nothing to look.”

Considered Questions

The questions women actually ask.

What exactly is the free 3D imaging?

It’s VECTRA and Crisalix 3D imaging — technology that projects different implant sizes, shapes and profiles onto a scan of your own body, so you can compare them side by side in real time. ASPS has referred to this category of imaging as a “gold standard,” with manufacturer-reported size-and-shape accuracy around 98%. It is offered free, with no obligation, at your consultation.

Is the 3D preview a guarantee of how I’ll actually look?

No. It is a simulation, not a guarantee — a genuinely useful visual aid for comparing sizes and profiles, not a promise of your surgical outcome. Skin, tissue, healing and anatomy are individual, and Dr. Marchand confirms candidacy and expectations honestly at your in-person exam.

Does the free consult really cost nothing?

Yes. The consultation, the candidacy exam and the 3D imaging session are complimentary and carry no obligation. Pricing and financing are only discussed afterward, and only if and when you decide to move forward.

How do I prepare for a 3D imaging session?

Nothing special is required. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in; the imaging is done privately, respectfully, and explained step by step. Most women find the whole visit takes about 20–30 minutes.

Will it look natural, or “done”?

That is central to the philosophy here. Dr. Marchand plans to your frame and proportions rather than to a trend, and the 3D preview itself often talks a patient into a more modest size than she first imagined. The aim is fuller and unmistakably still you. Individual results vary.

Are breast implants safe — and do they last forever?

They are FDA-cleared medical devices with a strong safety record, but they are not lifetime devices — they may need monitoring and eventual revision or exchange. Real risks, including capsular contracture, rupture, and the rare BIA-ALCL linked to certain textured implants, are discussed openly. Honesty about this is part of doing it well.

Can I breastfeed after augmentation?

Many women can, though it isn’t guaranteed for anyone, with or without surgery. If future breastfeeding matters to you, say so — it informs the technique and incision, and it’s discussed candidly as part of your plan.

Implants, or my own fat?

Both are real options, and both can be previewed in your 3D session. Implants give a reliable, chosen volume; fat transfer gives a more modest, natural increase — roughly a cup — using liposuction, though some fat can reabsorb. Which suits you depends on your frame and goal, decided together.

How much recovery are we really talking about?

Augmentation is a single-region procedure, and for most women recovery is more manageable than expected — many are back to light desk work in around a week, with gentle activity over the following weeks. It’s still real surgery with real anaesthesia and risk; timelines are typical ranges, individual, and never guaranteed.

What if I want a lift, a reduction, or my implants removed instead?

Then this may not be your page — and that’s useful to know. A lift restores position (a bigger implant won’t, though 3D imaging can still preview it with or without an implant); a reduction for comfort may be insurance-covered and follows a different path; removal is a valid, personal choice heard without pressure. The free 60-second check points you to the right one.
